"The objectives of the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Seed Association shall be the development of friendly business relations among its members; the promotion of the legitimate interests of the seed trade within the region (as later defined); and cooperation with the American Seed Trade Association and Educational and Regulatory authorities and other interested agencies in the development of a sound and effective seed program in the interest of agriculture."
